Casing head

Christmas threes

Christmas trees and casing heads are destinated to equip the oil and gas wells during the production

  • Nominal pressure: 140...700 bars;
  • Working temperature (minimum): - 460 C;
  • Working temperature (maximum): +1200 C.

Components :

  • casing head housing and hangers;
  • spool and hangers;
  • spool adapter;
  • cross/tees (piece);
  • gate valves;
  • peaks for double heads;
  • flow controller with fix or adjustable choke;
  • bit guides;
  • gauge valves.

All components are manufactured in comply with NACE MR 01 - 75.

Universal tongs

Tubing oveshots

Tubing elevators

The elevators tubing are designed for operating at the production wells. The elevators are manufactured in the following variants:

  • With straight seat, used at the fastening under coupling of the tubings provided with screwed coupling;
  • With conical seat, used at the fastening under coupling of the tubings provided with thickened body.

Tapper taps for drill rods

The taper taps for of this type are used for catching, by inner screwing the drill rods left in the well bore.

All the tapper taps are manufactured from highly-resistant, comentation alloy steel, and have a taps red sections with special thread.

Fishing taps

The fishing taps are used in gripping operations by internal screwing, catching the drill pipes and tubings with couplings left in the bore hole.

The fishing tapes are manufactures by forging; this construction modality ensures a good resistence in exploatation.

Gas and oil two-phase vertical separators

The two-phase vertical separators are designed for gases separation from fluids (gas, oil, water) mixtures recovered from oil wells. The two-phase vertical separators are cylindrical under pressure vessels, in welded construction.
The separators are provided inside with special devices designed to ensure the gases separating process from fluid mixtures. The fluid mixture input connection is tangential mounted to the vessel body, in order to facilitate the separating process.
The separators are provided with nipples for technological connections and with fittings and others instruments which ensure the safety of operation the parameters control and the fluid, level automatic maintenance.

Gas and oil horizontal separators

The gas oil horizontal separators are vessels under pressure designed to separate liquid and gaseous phase from the oil well produced fluid. The two-phase separators separates only the gas from liquid, and the three-phase separators separates all the three phases : gas, oil and water.

The tank is manufactured by welding from carbon steel or light alloyed sheets according to vessels under pressure standards. It is provided with the necessary joints for technological connections and for fittings and instruments mounting- with a manhole or with an inspection hole and sustaining supports also.

The separator , fittings , instruments and afferent pipes connections are mounted on a skid , constituting a portable assembly.

Valves

Gate valves for christmas tree

The gate valves with parallel solid wedge or parallel expanded wedge made by two pieces, are destinated for Christmas Trees equipment, in oil and gas industrial use.
At special order, the valves can be manufactured in compliance with requirements standard NACE MRO1.
The valves can be provided with flanges or threaded heads.

Gate valve in welded construction

The body, connections and cover can be made from standard components (pipes, steel sheet) and/or from forged or pressed parts.

The materials used for the production and also for the designing offer guarantees for their operation in the following conditions:

  • working pressure: 16……….160 bar
  • working temperature: -30บC……+450บC

The active tightness surfaces of the valve and also of the seat are realised by plating with steel having 13% Cr materials or Stellite 6.

FEATURES:

  • flexible valve;
  • the connection to the pipes is done with flanges or threaded coupling;
  • the length and the connection dimensions are in accordance with the norms requested by the clients;
  • the designing and the testing are in accordance with the users norms.

ADVANTAGES:

  • the weight is reduced with 15 - 25 %;
  • the costs are diminuated with 5 -30 % for the same quality (compared with the welded type).

Ball valves with two pieces body construction

FEATURES:

Maximum working pressure:

  • DN 15 & DN 25: 140 bar
  • DN 32 & DN 50: 100 bar

Working temperature: max; +60 C min: - 30 C

Pipe conections: screwed ends Two pieces body constructions ball valves, are designed and manufactured for many industrial groups (petrochemical, chemical etc.)

On requests, two pieces body construction valves can be manufactured for corrosive working fluids (acid, alkali etc.)

Ball valves with three pieces body construction

FEATURES:

Maximum working pressure:

  • DN 15 & DN 25 : 140 bar
  • DN 35 & DN 50 : 100bar

Working temperature : max. +40 C min. - 30 C.

Pipe conections: screwed, socket weld or butt welding ends (on request). Three pieces body construction ball valves, are easy to install and to maintain. By removing three of body bolts and loosening the fourth, the valves may be swung out in line. Seats, seals and ball can all be replace easily without disturbing pipe alignment.

On request, three pieces body construction valves can be manufactured with "full bore" for size 1/2" to 1,1/4".

Ball valves with one piece body construction

FEATURES

Maximum working pressure:

  • DN 15 & DN 20: 320 bar
  • DN 25 & DN 50: 210 bar.

Working temperature : max. + 40 C min. - 30 C.

Ball valves with one-piece body are designed specifically for handling a wide variety of fluids and gases at higher pressure. The valves, built of high structural strength bar stock, are capable of withstanding extremely rugged service conditions. These valves can be used with very good results for pressure hydraulic and pneumatic control system.

Three way ball valve

The three way valves may be used for most hidrocarbon andchemical process lines.

  • Maximum working pressure:25 bar
  • Working temperature : max. +120 C min. - 40 C
  • Body and body connectors are manufactured from carbon steel in forged-welded construction,
  • Pipe connections with STAS flanges,
  • Port type "L",
  • Manually operated , stroke 180 degrees.

Upon special order, three way ball valves may be supplied of stainless steel, with "T"-port, anti-static device and fire safe according to Standard BS 5351, 6755.
